Lessons

A big drive still feels small if the live volume was never grown. Check the volume map before you buy more disk.

Pixel-looking art is not an indexed sprite until you force a real cel budget. Quantize hard, trace as polygons, and do not treat model extras as canon - ban them in the prompt and in the drawing.

Private design tools belong on a private path. If a token ever lands in chat, burn it. The always-on agent lives on the home metal, not on a closed laptop lid.

Shared memory has to be files both mouths can read. Ship early work as small packs, not one kitchen-sink source file.
