Gospel (high level)

The shop host is an immutable box built for agents: lean markdown and YAML as the spine, containers for services, one thin host layer for the mesh. Not a junk drawer of packages. Same rule as yesterday: every line of code stays testable from line one. Tools get a fresh pair on the new host on purpose.

Loss, then flip

An earlier install path failed when the machine could not join WiFi in a dark-box setup. Cut over to an install that can configure WiFi in the installer. Lesson: prove the network path before you burn the night. Dual-write stays the trap; one cutover after backup stays the gate.

Fonts and digits

In the desktop chat app, emoji (and some glyphs) showed as empty boxes. The fonts were already installed; the fallback order was wrong. Prefer the color emoji font for emoji ranges, rebuild the font cache, fully quit and relaunch the app. Visible characters are a product requirement. Skipping the glyph as a workaround is not a fix.

Public face

Notes and the landing are back on the open web after the host move. The painter portfolio skeleton remains live. First Look grades continue for shop doors on the public internet.
